History
The development of Latvian encyclopedia started in the Free State times when its author managed to publish 21 volume of it, before getting abruptly interrupted by the occupation of Soviets and their version of the book. The cold war resulted in the collapse of the Soviet Union, which gave way to the modern day Latvia and its digital encyclopedia.
How it works
The scientist provides content, which is then edited by the editorial staff and published online for the use of general public.
